We use Jira to keep an eye on tasks and manage backlogs. I think they improve on flagging hurdles early before it consumes too much development time.

      Also, there is a kind of retrospective that we are doing with them; sometimes they initiate it because they want to learn and to perform better. In general, if we weren’t satisfied we wouldn’t be still working with them. I explain to them the business logic behind our decisions, and sometimes I get valuable input from them.
