QA Wolf let us know anything wasn't working before our clients who were doing UAT would. Sometimes during deploys within minutes QA Wolf would send us a video link with an issue they encountered letting us know that the new code needed to be adjusted and fixed. QA Wolf would report bugs in a timely manner for us to fix for not only emergencies but also backlog items. They worked very closely with our head of QA asking questions and information about test cases when we would have new updates. I personally see no ways QA Wolf could improve. They are quite professional and do high-quality work with care.

The team delivers within the expected timeline consistently. They also do a good job handling requests as they come in, which is a common occurrence at startups in full growth mode. Nikki does a wonderful job reviewing Kyle's work. I completely trust them, which wasn't the case with previous contract testers that I had used in prior employers. I like that they worked with me to deliver exactly what we wanted in our relationship. They do not ever try to upsell me on anything and never pressure me to buy into more. It really makes me respect the values of the company.
