      They were always flexible with my hours and what I was working on. From a project planning perspective, they’re so flexible. I think that’s something they pride themselves on. There’ve been several instances where I’ve set an ambitious goal, and they were quickly able to adjust their resources, build a new test plan, and adapt. The resourcing plans are very accommodating to our needs. Along with this, it feels like they’re truly bought in and care about these projects.
