They were very collaborative, open to questions, pleasant to work with, and results-focused. How well they listened and collaborated. We would literally work through an issue together on a phone call, with the dev team iterating in real-time as we went. I don't think I've ever had the same visibility into a team's inner workings before, and never had that same level of collaboration.
