Having been in the industry since the beginning, I can tell that Zudu's app is top-quality.

They use Basecamp to keep you up to date and it also has a great app for your phone, so you can check in anytime.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment, being a smaller team really helped as it feels more personal.

Zudu worked with us to develop an MVP of our app and now provide additional support to our in house dev team when needed.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The MVP was launched within 14 months with support provided following initial live testing.

Communication was good, with fortnightly face to face meetings and ongoing communication via Slack and phone call. Basecamp was also used to share files.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Zudu makes the build process accessible and easy to understand as somebody without a developer background. They produced a solid foundation on which to build.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More quality assurance on Zudu end (this has now been improved)

I’m the managing director of Balance Mechanical and Building Services Ltd. We provide mechanical installation resources to building sites.

Zudu helped build an iOS and Android mobile app to manage my business.

What were your goals for this project?

I needed to better track our sub-contractors’ progress on installations and other tasks.

I did research online and asked five companies to provide me with a quote. Zudu’s approach was fantastic and they gave the best guidance of the options I was considering.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app is still in development, but I’m very happy with the work they’ve provided thus far. Their designs reach the highest standard and everything functions well when I test it. I’ve received everything I requested and then some.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate via Basecamp and have face-to-face meetings, with Zudu offering guidance and transparency.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’ve become a true partner, going above and beyond to stick to our timelines and ensure we receive the best results.
