Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Create a working front end of the site based on rough design documents, prior examples, JIRA tasks, and client feedback. 
Based on these parameters Zorbix was tasked with delivering a code repository built in NextJS to deliver the minimum viable product for the website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Client was able to show progress incrementally
• Tasks were completed as indicated in the JIRA tasks
• Design considerations were brought into working prototypes
• Client was receptive of feedback and took time to build working solutions based on changes
• Overall a MVP was established based on timing and budget

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team managed their project work by working closely with Jira tickets that were provided. The team was really good at processing their work through the majority of these tickets where appropriate. The team also communicated regularly via Slack, and participated in semi-weekly check ins to go over progress throughout the project. I would say just about everything was delivered on time, with a few small exceptions that came up though these were not surprises to me. The team was very good at responding to questions and concerns and finding solutions as the product was being built.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the teams ability to take clear technical detail on what I wanted to be executed and often times there was little or no revisions required. I have had other experiences where working with people in drasticly different time zones can be a challenge due to not being able to have a cohesive back and forth, but the team knocked it out of the park. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zorbix Technologies could have done differently?

There were a few minor technical details I would recommend establishing for other clients, such as improving operational best practices when it comes to source code management. This was not something that was explicitly stated for my project, and it didn't become an issue, however establishing these norms for future clients may further solidify a sense of professionalism. That said Fahad and Urwah were both very professional in their day to day interactions.
