Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Marketing and eCommerce Specialist at a ERGO Reiseversicherung AG. Our company is polish branch company with a headquarter in Munich, Germany. We also are a part of international insurance group ERGO.

At the local market we serve individual and corporate clients. Main products our company are insurance for abroad trips.At Marketing department I’m responsible especially for online marketing projects and cooperation in the marketing fields with our the biggest clients – travel tour operators.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire zjednoczenie?

In 2019 we finished the visual rebranding our branch. During this time we tried to improve our recognition and record it at a travel insurance market.

Zjednoczenie attended during majority of changes concerning rebranding (especially at the website area) and image campaigns. They also participated at social media communications, sales campaigns and SEO strategy as a part of our long term marketing digital strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goals and assumptions for this project were and still are:

to improve recognition at a polish travel insurance market,
to increase sales at an online channel via oversee and optimization advertising campaigns,
optimizing SEO activities using innovative tools and activities,
oversee and preparing recommendations in the field of image communication.

SOLUTION

How did you select zjednoczenie?

At the time when I started working with Zjednoczenie we already had an valid agreement with this agency. I don't know how the marketing agency was chosen and I also didn't was involve in this process.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

All projects with Zjednoczenie always starts with verifying assumptions and needs. Each time we also create the goals of activities and estimate the costs. We discuss the entire project together, and the final result is the preparation of an offer. When the assumptions meet our expectations, Zjednoczenie begins its implementation.

Each project is different. Usually all activities are carried out comprehensively, e.g .:

preparation of marketing communication and content,
preparation of graphic designs,
supervision of the campaign and optimization of activities during its duration,
finally preparing a report with data on effectiveness and results.

What was the team composition?

I don’t know how many people are involved. Zjednoczenie dedicate for us one person – Account Manager who coordinate and communicate with us during all projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately I can’t share information about outcomes the project. Especially figures. Final effects are closely related to our marketing strategy and long-term action plans. I will not reveal such information. They are confidential.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication is a strengths of Zjednoczenie. Especially in scope of planning and preparing schedules. They provide us with communication tools, so all people involved in the project have access to.

It is very convenient when we share opinions, share files or need access to data prepared by someone else. Of course, standard communication also includes telephone, e-mail and online meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

An important issue, if not the most important during implementation marketing projects are orderly and organized activities. This part of cooperation with Zjednoczenie never failed.

Of course other aspects of their work, for example creativity or competences, are also at a high level. What distinguishes them from others is their trouble-free communication with the client.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think that they should try more focus on the looking for new and innovate marketing solutions. The activities which work are for sure satisfied but changes on market are faster than we think. Especially during corona time.

Our marketing activities can be more effective only when we are ahead of the competition. That’s why we need all the time focus on new solutions and look for them.
