Overall, the combination of a ready-made solution and helpful support made working with them easy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zipprr could have done differently?

The overall experience was good. One area for improvement could be clearer documentation for some advanced features, which would help non-technical users understand the system faster. Other than that, the team was responsive and supportive, and any issues were handled properly when raised.
