Zimble Code and their freelancers are scam artist. I hired them to develop a on demand fitness app and after 5 months (2 of which were idle no progress) they told me they needed to get paid to keep working on the app and if I paid I would get the code. I then paid and they stopped working on the app and didn’t deliver the code. 

The app never worked properly and they wouldn’t hold up to the scope of work details. Always complained and wouldn’t work on the app. I went to Bank of America and they told me Zimble Code is a scam artist company and they are being watched! Bank of America’s said they are labeled as a scam artist on their end and as soon as they get paid they withdawal the money so you as a business owner can’t do a chargeback. 

Do not work with this company. They were also kicked off Upwork and I don’t know how they got back on there but as a business owner these people deserve to have their citizenship stripped from them and deported. Tyler

They didn’t deliver the app when I paid them and they stole my intellectual property and designs and are using my designs on their website.

They didn’t deliver the app at all. They gave me a template ui kit that never worked properly and every fix I needed they would take 1-3 days to respond. The time it spent to get a hold of them once I needed a bug fixed during development it dragged the project out to 5 months. These people are scam artist.

I am the owner of a famous supermarket chain. My business stemmed from family-owned operations that gradually grew into a supermarket, and today, I run a chain of 8 supermarkets across different locations.

For what projects/services did your company hire Zimble Code, and what were your goals?

Having understood the customer expectations in the digital age, I wanted to make my grocery retail supply chain more responsive, efficiently controlled, and finer in all aspects than before.

With a goal to increase the standard in customer experience and improve revenue generation, I approached Zimble Code for building mobile solution for automating the business processes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online, checked different credible sources to find the best technology partner for developing the app. After, shortlisting 4 service providers, I had consultation sessions with each of them. After thorough discussions, I zeroed in on Zimble Code.

I was very impressed by their portfolio which clearly demonstrated that they have experience and expertise in working for businesses like mine, and this was the biggest deciding factor.

I spoke to their senior designers and developers as well and I appreciate how they explained the entire process to me in simple words. There was no reason to say a no to them.

I took inspiration from Instacart. I wanted something like this which can help me in managing and executing operations efficiently and fastly. I wanted my business to have powerful digital assets so that I don't have to worry while setting on an expansion spree.

So, I required mobile apps that would perform on Android and Apple devices. After discussion in the first phase, it was decided that the team would provide iOS and Android customer apps built with the latest technologies and tools, and an admin panel that will help me manage all my supermarkets from one place.

The process would start from planning followed by designing the app. The designs would then be coded on and after the app is built, it would be tested before publishing.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The Zimble Code team that worked on my grocery app project comprised a strategist, a UI/UX designer, two developers (one for iOS app and another for Android app), a QA engineer and a project manager. The project manager was my single point of contact through out the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It took around 5-6 months for the entire project to be completed. But, during the project development, I came up several times with some alterations and new feature additions. I appreciate that the team accommodated all that really well.

They not only built what I asked them to, but also helped me in refining my ideas and proposed some unique value-adding ideas from their side, which I really like. I received the deliverables on time and even after launching the apps, the team stayed with me to support me at any step.

Overall, it was a fruitful association with Zimble Code team that brought my idea to life.

Their project manager was my single point of contact. I have never had any inconvenience with the team as I was always kept current on what was going on. They communicated each and every detail of the project very clearly on a regular basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best thing about them was they took ownership of the project and they always made an endeavor to refine my ideas. I was not a tech savvy person but they helped me understand each and every aspect of the project in simple language, so that I was always aware what was going on.

Next, they work in an organized manner and plan properly in advance. Clear communication and strong work ethics are additional good points.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Just one thing- There was a heavy documentation part in the beginning which was really tedious for me to handle. Only if could be a little lighter for my next project in future, that'll be amazing.

We hired Zimble Code for Taxi Booking app development services. Our goal was to build an app like Uber.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We launched a request for proposal to find a vendor. Of all the companies that responses, we were the most impressed by Zimble Code. Very soon after we connected, they presented a clear plan with a detailed breakdown of all the tasks. Their methodology seemed very convincing.

Zimble Code developed the platform on a React Native technology stack for both iOS and Android. We provided the team with a complete scope, including the key features; we also supplied screenshots of other applications for inspiration. The team then did wireframes and mind mapping; our side sketched out designs before the development phase. From there, Zimble Code built out the features.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We work with a project manager, QA resources, and technical leads for the frontend and backend. Their senior management gets involved in high-level issues.

I was very nervous, but they took me under their wing and guided the process. We haven't had a soft launch yet, but we're hoping to launch next month. Every app has bugs and I expect we'll have them too, but I'm confident in the quality of their work. They exceeded my expectations, especially in terms of the value I got for the mon

They're excellent. They work with my schedule and make the whole process easy for me. We mostly use email, Airtable, and WhatsApp to communicate.

We wanted to develop a Grocery Shoppung mobile app for our users to shop our grocery from their phones. We'd notices a decereasein our site's views, so we wanted to increase our website traffiec and leads through a mobile app. Our goal was to have a user-friendly platform that can easy to upadte from an admin perspective.

We searched online for app developers in our area and shortlisted 5. After interviewing them, we choose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.

We had series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. we provided their team with wireframes and designs. Within two weeks, they delivered the first round of the iOS app. They corporated our feedback and delivered the right solution on time.

A project Manger was assigned to be our point of contact throughout the project. Additionally, I mostly interacted with two lead front-and back-end developers.

Within 3 months after our app was launched, we saw over 1,000 downloads and achieved a 5-star rating in app stores, We've seen a tremendous boost in traffic since launching the app, and people have commented on how easy it is to use. We've gained new readers and visitors because of the platform.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most of the feedback was through email. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their mobile app development skills blew me away. They knew everything about UX and execution. Since this was our first mobile app, they were also patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Status reports on each stage of the project could have been helpful so that we could limit any misunderstandings.
