Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the co-founder of a company providing pain relief & rehabilitation programs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Zieel, and what were your goals?

We are planning on expanding our business to a few more locations after receiving funding from an investor. So to make all the branding synchronized between branches we plan to hire a branding agency.

How did you select this vendor?

After asking about branding in a few businesses & entrepreneurship communities I get a lot of recommendations for Zieel Agency. So we approach Zieel and have a discovery session with their Founder, Bazil. He explain to us the process and sent us the proposal the next day.

After we accept the proposal, we are having an onboarding session where Zieel presents the whole timeline process, introduces the team member involved in the project and also every detail of the process flow. We are provided with an update on the progress twice a week. They delivered everything on time and the team goes extra mile by providing few extras item on deliverable that was not included in the initial proposal.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

5 members work on our project which is the project manager, creative director, designer, video director, and also Bazil himself.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project were completed on time, the also help us to deal directly with our contractor to make sure everything is done including to the plan and the brand strategy the they delivered.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had two update meeting every week via Google Meet. We are also communicate daily in Whatsapp group with the team. All the timeline are shared via Clickup.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility on handling our request and advising us on not just branding but also marketing strategy prove that they are not just a typical design company but a great business strategist.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I love everything about Zieel; we had a great experience with them.
