Zeroqode has been helping us with web development to pick up where we left off and couldn't finish due to our limited tech skills. The team has been updating our website, integrating videos, and resetting passwords. We've had over 300 tasks during and after beta testing. Zeroqode has also been integrating tasks assigned, mapping from the VA's rating schedule, rating schedule criteria, and search features. The team has uploaded videos, created a layout for questions, and integrated forms.

Zeroqode has completed all the tasks we've assigned to them. We've seen increased user engagement and a better layout of the forms that end users create. The team has completed complex features, including 120 ensures, layouts, and search features for end users. Zeroqode has also created a complex question layout and a PDF form based on the questions end users have to answer. The team has inputted over 1,000 diagnostic code criteria with percentages from the VA's website.

Post-delivery bugs could have been identified during internal QA before client testing. Implementing a stronger internal testing process before delivery would improve efficiency and reduce revision cycles.

They completed development of the Project Management interface. Our time was limited, so they didn't have the time to work on the UI for Inventory Management. However, their work provided the inspiration I needed to improve the rest of the application on my own.

Communication was excellent. We used both Asana and Email to keep track of app development. They responded very quickly they delivered everything on time, and there were almost no revisions. They delivered perfect results on the first try almost every time.

Communication is definitely their strongest suit. ZeroQode asked the right questions and kept asking them until they fully understood what I needed. Additionally, they communicated seamlessly through both email and Asana. The Project Manager, Shushanik, ensured that any comments, notes, etc., discussed via email reached her team via Asana, and the team was very quick to acknowledge receipt and indicate they had started working on it. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zeroqode could have done differently?

In regard to design, they are too strict with their design philosophy. Their work resembles their plugins and website too much, so it doesn't stand out as unique for my application.

Zeroqode helped us bring DermPro Connect to life, a peer consultation platform that connects frontline clinicians to expert dermatologists. They built the entire MVP using Bubble, including complex logic around subscriptions, Stripe payments (including extended consult logic), user roles, real-time video (Agora), and admin controls. They also helped us implement a clean new UI and managed domain, email, and SendGrid integration.

1. On-Time MVP Completion: The platform was fully scoped, built, tested, and launched within ~3 months — ahead of schedule.
2. Successful Launch: The MVP was successfully deployed on a custom domain (https://www.dermproconnect.app) with all core functionalities live and operational.
3. Stripe Integration & Functionality Testing: Successfully connected Stripe for three monetization models (subscriptions, Pay-Per-Use, and extended consults). Test transactions completed without errors.
4. Agora integration enabled seamless, secure, real-time video calls between clinicians and expert dermatologists. 
5. Admin Functionality & Control. Built a powerful admin panel enabling the founder to manually assign “on trial” users, adjust expert rates, and manage users — eliminating the need for manual backend work or dev involvement post-launch.

7. Simulated AI-matching logic, automated consult extension workflows, and subscription logic were fully implemented, ensuring users experience the platform as intended.

Zeroqode’s project management was outstanding from start to finish. They were organized, communicative, and consistently delivered ahead of schedule. We started with a clear MVP scope and timeline, and not only did they meet every milestone, but they also managed to stay ahead of schedule while still incorporating several mid-project enhancements without missing a beat.

Their lead project manager, Katya, was a true partner! incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and proactive in keeping the project on track. She regularly anticipated potential roadblocks, provided practical solutions, and kept me updated with weekly demos, Slack communication, and Asana tracking. Any feedback I gave was quickly acknowledged and incorporated, and she made me feel heard and supported throughout the build.

Overall, they delivered a complex healthcare product on time, on budget, and with attention to both technical execution and user experience , something that’s rare in early-stage MVP builds.

We’ve launched the platform, and the features are working. Since the platform didn’t exist before, this is the start of user engagement.

How did Zeroqode perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m very happy with Zeroqode’s project management; they communicate well. One of the teammates we were working with has transitioned out of Zeroqode, and although it slowed the velocity of the project down a little, their team backfilled that person. It may have pushed the timeline out a few weeks, but we were also iterating on the feature set needs based on user testing feedback, and Zeroqode has been great at incorporating that iterative work into the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Zeroqode’s willingness to be nimble and figure things out is impressive. I didn’t have a designer or UI for the community platform, and they took it on willingly throughout the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I like invoices communicated via email instead of Slack, as it’s easier to process with my internal team, and I don’t miss them or get to them late, like I did with Slack a few times.

Zeroqode was tasked with refining the scope of the MVP, confirming key integration choices to enable feature functionality defined by the scope of work, project management, assistance with UX/UI, testing and deployment to go-live. We knew already that we would be utilizing Bubble for the sake of speed to deployment, cost and ability for the Founder to make small tweaks after deployment without requiring a development team at every turn.

Zeroqode was successful in developing the entire MVP, including the 4 key features we were looking to gain feedback on. 

Zeroqode was MOSTLY successful in getting the MVP deployed and in market. As with everything related to software development, there are things that take longer than expected. This was true in this case as well, but the Founders of Zeroqode stepped in to ensure roadblocks and hurdles were removed, resulting in just a 2 week delay from our planned date.

The project management aspect was straightforward and helpful. Our project manager was responsive, and able to keep our team and their team moving forward with the right questions asked at the right time! All project management was completed using Asana, Slack and Loom.

If you're building in Bubble, this shop really does have the expertise and speed to make your vision come to life. Though they are physically located 6 hours ahead of us, (East Coast, USA) they were responsive during the first half of the day (and often later) during US business hours.

I'm sure there's always room for improvement. But, again, I've product managed enough software builds to have had the right scope and expectations going into this. So, overall, we're very pleased and would like to use them again.

Brief was to build a marketing site for a new global dining club Orators. Site had to be done to a very high standard in terms of UI/UX, with many custom compenents and design details - essentuial as this is a luxury business. The site enables the user to understand the broader offering through mixed media and allows users to go through a highly customised sign up journey that includes video interviews & referrals. Additionally there is a backend/admin to manage the content of the site, an application review area, including different member statuses and triggerred emails. It also includes triggered payments pages and is integrated with stripe.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Site has been well received since launch by customers & partners. It drove signs up on day one, as we started to drive traffic. I have recieved positive comments on the site in particular from 90%+ of people I'm engaging with in my sales process. Really exceptional feedback overall.

Highly responsive & easy to work with. I threw some curve balls in the build process and they were always recieved constructively. Feedback on smaller things to fix/alter often done in minutes/hours, which I really appreciated.

Zeroqode successfully delivered a functional MVP for Kingdom Growth Engine by the target date of September 10th. This involved building the core features.

These working MVP features enabled Kingdom Growth Engine to launch on schedule and begin onboarding consultants to the platform. This achievement demonstrates successful collaboration and effective project management by Zeroqode in meeting the defined scope and timeline.

By focusing on delivering these core functionalities, Zeroqode enabled Kingdom Growth Engine to quickly enter the market and gather user feedback for further development and iteration.

Zeroqode's project management was overall very positive, especially after overcoming some initial miscommunications. They demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to our needs and deliver a functional MVP by our hard launch date of September 10th. Approximately 80% of the deliverables were completed on time, with the remaining items experiencing minor delays. These delays were primarily attributed to unforeseen circumstances such as team members being off sick, encountering unexpected bugs, needing to consult with external plugin developers, or occasional miscommunications in requirements.

Here are some key observations about their project management:

• Responsiveness: Zeroqode, and Tanya, Daniela and Madalina in particular, were highly responsive to our concerns and feedback, often addressing them promptly even during weekends and late nights. This proactive communication was crucial in keeping the project on track.
• Adaptability: They demonstrated flexibility by assigning additional team members closer to the launch date to ensure we met our deadline. This willingness to adjust resources based on project needs was highly valuable.
• Communication: Despite our initial challenges, Zeroqode effectively bridged the communication gap and ensured clear understanding throughout the development process. They were also adept at explaining technical aspects to us as newcomers to the no-code world.
• Problem-solving: Tanya and the team's proactive approach to troubleshooting and explaining development workflows helped us navigate challenges and make informed decisions.

• Content: Demos should not only showcase the user interface but also delve into the underlying workflow logic. This could involve screen-sharing while navigating the Bubble editor, explaining how different elements and workflows interact.
• Documentation: Consider recording these demos or supplementing them with written documentation to provide a reference for future development and understanding.

• Clearer Task Definitions: Ensure tasks in Asana are clearly defined with specific acceptance criteria and detailed descriptions to avoid ambiguity.

It was a very iterative and lean development process with many revisions and direction changes. The main deliverables so far have been:
1) A functional social network designed to meet the specific needs of the target users
2) All necessary integrations with third party services including SendGrid, Google, etc
3) Cooperation with other team members including Design / UX teams

The functionality of the platform with the given features was the main KPI. These have been consistently very good.

Interacting with their project manager has been a real pleasure and they have been very professional and responsive beyond all expectations. Yes the timeliness has also been superb.

They have been very flexible and patient with someone like me who is not from the tech field per se, and have redrafted the plan probably over 10 times and have been very professional and flexible for the past 12 months of working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zeroqode could have done differently?

Sometimes the performance of the Bubble platform causes issues with the product we are developing, and it is also sometimes hard to predict the costs and timing at the beginning. A bit more documentation about the Bubble platform (which they use) would be helpful at the earlier stages.
