One area for improvement with Redellion Studios could be their resource allocation over the course of a long-term project. While they were generally responsive and flexible to our needs, there were a few occasions when team members were reassigned, and we had to bring new developers up to speed on our requirements. This caused some delays, as it took time for them to fully understand our project goals and technical nuances. 

However, I understand that such situations are sometimes unavoidable, especially on lengthy projects. Once the original team members returned, things quickly returned to a more efficient pace. It would be ideal, though, to have a more consistent team for the entire duration of similar projects.
