The Zencloud team have been excellent. I did my research and was aware of the drawbacks of remote development teams, so I deliberately vetted agencies against those flaws. Zencloud have consistently overdelivered, have an exceptional work rate, and the real magic is found in their initiative and creative challenge. I value groupthink rather than thinking I'm the only one having all the ideas or critique. 
Zencloud routinely challenge design assumptions, in the right way and area. A genuine partner in our platform development. We have worked with Google on several projects and in the words of Google, "We couldn't have done it better." Highly recommend.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Zencloud have been integral to our ability to deliver. 
We are currently releasing updates every 2 weeks, methodically in an agile manner. 
They have responded quickly to issues - a part of our platform deals with live sport which is highly time-sensitive, the team reacted within minutes if we needed to deal with an issue or tweak a feature. 
Project management and comms have been consistently detailed and insightful.

Great project management, we have co developed a agile approach that leverages AI where required. We are in a weekly cadence of comms and updates.
A good mix of direct access to team members and leaders direction and comms.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Zencloud has a broad range and depth across multiple technologies. This, combined with creative input and challenge to architectural issues and problems, has been invaluable. 
We have developed custom ML models, evolved our architecture and migrated cloud providers all in close collaboration with Zencloud

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zencloud Technologies Private Limited could have done differently?

Zencloud have done all they can, I think most areas of improvement probably come back to my internal team's lack of communication or diligent articulation. 
Zencloud have the skill set and insights to deliver; your product will always be your responsibility. The Zencloud team actively engage in ideating around our product, but I don't expect them to shape the roadmap. Understanding that dynamic is important.
