we need this software- To Integrate Planning & Execution, Real-time Transport Tracking, The Planning And Optimization Of Terrestrial Transportation Routes, Statistics And Reporting, and Cost-cutting Measures.

We found them through LinkedIn.

ZealSoft created a business management solution based on Laravel. They send us workflows and design mock-ups to review before beginning development.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The core team consisted of seven people, including the project manager, a QA tester, and three senior developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the project ahead of schedule, which was a significant accomplishment for us. Furthermore, the ZealSoft team performed so well that we decided to continue working with them to keep the solution running.

The project management is excellent, especially in comparison to others. The ZealSoft team consistently met deadlines. We communicated via Skype.

We had direct access to the entire team, which made communicating our ideas easier.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are still working together to improve our collaboration with small changes in the process, but nothing is out of the ordinary for Agile.
