They have a good stakeholder management and project management process. Customer needs/ wishes were taken into account and discussed to make sure the team understood the background as well as what we wanted to achieve with the input. Some ideas were dropped because of excellent consultancy and advice, and saved time and unnecessary expenses.

Deliverables were achieved with the expected quality and usually on-time, and if timelines were too tight the project lead got in touch to highlight the facts and propose a new delivery date.
