For what projects/services did your company hire YONET SYSTEMS, and what were your goals?

We needed an internal training system to train our trainers. Thats when we sought the services of yonet systems.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They created a very fast, effective and robust LMS and implemented it locally with portals for outside access.

It was designed using PHP and other secure frameworks they have implemented. Their words :)

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with the main tech team. Three individuals that work great collectively.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We rolled the system out on 2022 and it already is having a great effect on our trainers, they are loving the platform.

They used slack to connect with us at all times and report each step of the way (When we were available)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are hungry. They want to show what they can do. And as a person that has dealt with big tech firms in Addis i have to say they work effectively with the resources they have and their prices are very modest.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are satisfied for now..
