Their work included standardizing server provisioning, improving deployment, monitoring and alerting, optimizing performance, documenting the setup, and establishing reliable and scalable infrastructure for the project.

The project resulted in a more stable and maintainable infrastructure, faster and more consistent deployments.

One area for improvement is continuing to expand their internal client service platform and providing more detailed incident reporting and analysis. That said, they have already acknowledged this and mentioned that these improvements are currently in progress.
