BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Soul to Sole Energy Healing and Reflexology.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire The Yeti Connection, and what were your goals?

Jake created my website. I desired a space for people to get to know me better by posting videos, favourite YouTube clips, books etc. As well to give people an idea about what energy work is and why they may find it helpful. I also wanted to create a space to have a video library of energy clearings for sale.

How did you select The Yeti Connection and what were the deciding factors?

I knew him from his previous job where it was clear he has integrity, skill, knowledge and wisdom.

We have had a few meetings… initially jake asked questions which allowed me to get clear in what I was wanting my website to be about. There has always been clear concise communication. A follow up email after meetings confirming where we were at and what next steps were.

I worked with Jake the owner on this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are currently launching… feedback has been amazing so far!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Jake did a great job of communicating where we were at and where we were going. We connected via phone, text, email, zoom. I also appreciated how Jake worked with my timeline. Project management style was smooth and seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jake has been amazing! I am not super techy and Jake has guided me through this process with ease. I've met a team with a very high level of knowledge. The team is able to communicate effectively and efficiently with someone who has an entry level of knowledge (me).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have nothing to suggest here. This is one happy customer!
