Without exaggeration, the result of their work was outstanding. When released, the app got a lot of positive feedback from clients all over the world. We still continue getting good reviews and the number of users is steadily growing.

They carefully listen to us in our weekly meetings and paid attention to our feedback. Besides, they weren’t shy to offer their ideas on what the final version should look like. In the end, they managed to combine our visions and create a likable design.

How did you select Yellow?

We did a local research on the readily available resources, conducted tech and soft skills interviews with the proposed candidates. I have to admit we still had to wait 2-3 weeks for the quality engineers to join our team as they were finishing a different project but it was worth it.

It was both feature development with QA acceptance from our side and direct management of the engineers by the in-house leads.

What was the team composition?

We experimented with feature teams (iOS+Android+QA) and stand-alone engineers. Second option with full immersion into the project worked better for us.

We had no extra communication and overhead costs and experienced direct xFTE boost.

Yellow's engineers integrated seamlessly with the in-house team.

We easily agreed on the terms and had no long negotiation hours. Tech-wise engineers are best across four different outsource teams we used for mobile development.

The team worked well so far. Remote work wasn't an issue also.
