The project was all about scaling our lifecycle and performance marketing across email, SMS, and paid media. I set the strategy and direction, and the team handled the execution as part of our extended marketing team.

• For email, they managed the strategy, flows, campaigns, segmentation, and A/B tests based on the roadmap I created.
• For SMS, they focused on growing the list, setting up automations, and running campaigns to match the retention plan.
• For paid media, especially Meta, they handled creative testing, campaign setup, and performance improvements in line with our content and community-focused growth approach.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered strong, measurable results across every channel. Email revenue jumped from 13% to over 48% thanks to better flows, campaigns, and segmentation. SMS revenue grew by more than 1000%, turning it into a major revenue and acquisition driver. Our Meta ads also kept a steady ROAS while matching our content and community strategy, allowing us to scale without losing efficiency. Overall, the results came from having the strategy, creative, and execution all working together.
