The project was all about scaling our lifecycle and performance marketing across email, SMS, and paid media. I set the strategy and direction, and the team handled the execution as part of our extended marketing team.
For email, they managed the strategy, flows, campaigns, segmentation, and A/B tests based on the roadmap I created.
For SMS, they focused on growing the list, setting up automations, and running campaigns to match the retention plan.
For paid media, especially Meta, they handled creative testing, campaign setup, and performance improvements in line with our content and community-focused growth approach.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project delivered strong, measurable results across every channel. Email revenue jumped from 13% to over 48% thanks to better flows, campaigns, and segmentation. SMS revenue grew by more than 1000%, turning it into a major revenue and acquisition driver. Our Meta ads also kept a steady ROAS while matching our content and community strategy, allowing us to scale without losing efficiency. Overall, the results came from having the strategy, creative, and execution all working together.
