Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The Xmethod team developed a full-featured MVP (online therapy platform) from scratch. I needed to create the app quickly to test demand, collect initial feedback from users, and fundraise for further scaling. 

We began our work by designing a logo. In collaboration with a designer, we selected several suitable references and created a mood board. Based on this, we determined the main color scheme and palette for the future application. I was presented with three versions of the logo, from which I chose one. 

After making a few adjustments, we proceeded directly to drafting the technical requirements for the whole app. At this stage, a product manager and a business analyst became involved, assisting me in uncovering the functionality of my future app. We described the business processes, basic structure, architecture, and logic. After that, I received clear and detailed technical specifications, which I approved. It was necessary to develop such key features:

• authentication
• user profile for a therapist
• user profile for the patient
• admin panel
• booking system
• user profile moderation
• smart search with filters
• questionnaire
• volunteer’s form

We have chosen Bubble.io for the implementation of these features in Web App. Once we determined the exact scope of work and features, we started developing an interactive prototype in Figma. The designer created it in about a week and a half, and I was able to see my future app. While the prototype was being worked on, I prepared content (texts) for the app pages. 

I gave my feedback and the designer made the necessary adjustments to the prototype. Then he proceeded to develop the design based on the prototype and the chosen color scheme. I really liked the simple, user-friendly style that was done. When the design team finished their sprint, the development team began to implement the app pages and features. 

At the end of each sprint, the team showed me what had been done and we discussed the results together. In this way, the guys finished the app according to my wishes and finally got their MVP so fast. Summary of key deliverables:

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Developed a full-fledged MVP in two months

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Xmethod team works on Agile methodology in 2-week sprints. At the end of each sprint, I was shown the results and we discussed what had been done and made adjustments if needed. I wanted to note that the project management was top-notch, and all tasks were completed within the acceptable timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Speed! I appreciated the high speed of the Xmethod team. I didn't want to wait 5-6 months (or more) to have an MVP developed, so I opted for Low-code solutions and the Xmethod team. I also liked the polite and timely communication from the project manager and other team members with whom I communicated during the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Xmethod could have done differently?

I'm not sure there were any major problems with this project on the part of the team. I liked the process and the result of the work.
