We were looking to create a robust internal recruiting and HR management platform that streamlines the entire hiring process and centralizes HR functions for our organization. This platform will include features such as job posting, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes. Additionally, it will integrate with existing HR systems for payroll and benefits management, providing a comprehensive view of employee data. 
The platform should also have reporting capabilities to assess recruitment KPIs and HR metrics for decision-making purposes. We envision a user-friendly interface that allows both recruiters and hiring managers to collaborate efficiently throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Security measures will be a top priority in the development to protect sensitive employee information. Moreover, we aim to leverage automation and AI tools to enhance screening processes and improve candidate experience. 
The platform's scalability is crucial, as we anticipate significant growth in hiring needs in the coming years. Lastly, this system should be adaptable to changes in the industry landscape and compliance requirements regarding HR practices. Main Deliverables Summary:

I’m the owner of a mobile app.

What challenge were you trying to address with XeoDev?

I don’t have any technical background. However, I had an idea for a mobile app where users could generate revenue and compete with each other, so I hired XeoDev to help me form my idea into a real app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

XeoDev helped me develop my mobile app for Android. Initially, we discussed my idea, and they helped me develop it further, telling me what would work and what wouldn’t. Then, they started with the app’s development. The development process lasted 3–4 months, after which we launched the app. Now, I’m still working with them for maintenance, so anytime an issue arises, they quickly get it fixed.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with David (Co-Founder & XEO) and Ramy (Co-Founder & CEO). I’ve also seen some other people working on the project, like testers and developers.

How did you come to work with XeoDev?

When I had my idea, I searched on Google for developers near me. I started calling a few companies, but I felt like they were all big corporations out of my league. Then, I contacted David, and we immediately hit it off.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent close to $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around August 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

XeoDev made my idea a reality. I had this dream three years ago, and they gave it form.

How did XeoDev perform from a project management standpoint?

XeoDev’s project management is very good. A lot of issues and roadblocks have come up, but they're super efficient at finding solutions. We use Trello to manage the project, so any time an issue comes up, I just post it on Trello, and they get back at me within that day. If necessary, I can also call David directly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

XeoDev is very personable and helpful, which distinguishes them from other providers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have no complaints. XeoDev is great.
