Xenotix Tech has handled the complete end-to-end development of our AI-powered legal and financial consultation platform. Their scope covers UI/UX design, mobile app development, website development, AI integration, backend architecture, QA, and deployment. The main deliverables include an AI-powered mobile app for iOS and Android, a responsive company website integrated with the app ecosystem, an AI consultation engine for legal and financial queries, a secure backend with encrypted handling of sensitive user data, a user onboarding flow and expert matching system, and App Store and Play Store deployment, plus website hosting setup.Our key objectives are to develop an AI consultation engine that delivers accurate legal and financial guidance in real-time, build a secure, scalable platform capable of handling sensitive user data, create a smooth onboarding flow and expert matching system for users, ensure the platform can handle high concurrent load at launch (we onboarded 300+ users on day one), and deliver a bug-free, production-ready product on time and within budget.

What stands out the most is their ability to deliver a production-ready product from day one. Most agencies ship a “v1” that needs weeks of patching — Xenotix Tech has launched our platform bug-free and handled 300+ concurrent users on day one without a single crash. Their AI integration expertise is also impressive. Building an accurate consultation engine for legal and financial queries isn’t easy, but they’ve gotten it right with strong accuracy from the first release.Equally valuable is their ownership mindset — they treat us like their own product, proactively suggesting improvements rather than just executing tasks. That level of commitment is rare and has made a real difference in the final outcome.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, very little. The project has run smoothly from start to finish. If I had to point to one area, a more detailed post-launch analytics dashboard built into the admin panel would have been a nice addition from day one — though it’s more of a “nice to have” than an actual gap. Beyond that, there’s nothing meaningful I’d change about how they’ve worked with us.

We’ve onboarded over 10,000 users within the first 60 days of launch, with strong engagement from Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. We’ve also achieved an average resume creation time of under four minutes, showcasing the efficiency of the AI-powered flow.

Moreover, we’ve maintained a 98.7% template rendering success rate, ensuring stable and consistent output for users. Our integrated analytics showed a 33% user return rate, indicating strong satisfaction and repeat usage. We’ve also reduced the drop-off rate during resume creation by 27% after refining the UI/UX design and AI prompts. We’ve secured over 100 pre-subscriptions in the first month of monetization, validating the product market fit.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the project has gone very smoothly. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be around documentation and knowledge transfer. While Xenotix Tech’s team is highly responsive and technically strong, some aspects of the backend and AI logic could be documented more thoroughly for easier handover and future scalability.

Moreover, setting up a more formal feedback loop at the end of each sprint could help us align even better on priorities and expectations. That said, these are relatively minor points in an otherwise well-managed and successful project.
