We’ve successfully launched an AI-powered resume builder aimed at simplifying the job application process for users. We’ve onboarded over 10,000 users within the first 60 days of launch, with strong engagement from Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. We’ve also achieved an average resume creation time of under four minutes, showcasing the efficiency of the AI-powered flow.

Moreover, we’ve maintained a 98.7% template rendering success rate, ensuring stable and consistent output for users. Our integrated analytics showed a 33% user return rate, indicating strong satisfaction and repeat usage. We’ve also reduced the drop-off rate during resume creation by 27% after refining the UI/UX design and AI prompts. We’ve secured over 100 pre-subscriptions in the first month of monetization, validating the product market fit.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the project has gone very smoothly. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be around documentation and knowledge transfer. While Xenotix Tech’s team is highly responsive and technically strong, some aspects of the backend and AI logic could be documented more thoroughly for easier handover and future scalability.

Moreover, setting up a more formal feedback loop at the end of each sprint could help us align even better on priorities and expectations. That said, these are relatively minor points in an otherwise well-managed and successful project.
