Founded in 2020, it specializes in helping international corporations establish, scale, and eventually manage local technology operations using a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model.
Instead of just providing outsourced IT services, xelerate.tech recruits local talent to build custom software engineering divisions or dedicated "Tech Hubs" for its international partners. The local operation is fully integrated into the client’s culture and processes and can eventually be transferred to the client's corporate structure.
