I'm the founder of jewelry brand G-AMBER. We work with online sales.

For what projects/services did your company hire WyrdIT, and what were your goals?

We hired WyrdIT for a complete development of our e-commerce site few years ago and still work together till this day. WyrdIT manages all the problems we are facing with our site starting with web hosting and every day to day problem which you might think of: sales, web development, payments, ui, ux design, various plugins, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a competent, reliable company to work with for our project. We had a few dissapointing experiences before that. WyrdIT met all of our expectations so it became long term, productive, professional business relationship.

They designed and developed our e-commerce website from scratch. We had to make many customized decisions while our products are personalized jewelry pieces so it required novel solutions. We first met and discussed how will we work together, what is this project about and what solutions do we need. The communication was fluent and clear from the beginning. They divided the project in parts and carried out each of them in time on which we decided.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the project in time and we were never dissapointed with the team's work. We then continued to improve our website also adding new features and developments over time and do this till this day.

The project management war perfect, especially compared to our experience with other vendors we have worked before. WyrdIT consistently met deadlines and came up with innovative solutions for every task. For communication we used Google Calls, Trello, Facebook chat.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they work - professional, punctual, innovative, friendly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, we had no problems at all, so I cant think of anything.

I’m the head of partnerships for Fintexus; we’re working on a blockchain for immersion markets.

What challenge were you trying to address with WyrdIT?

We engaged them to create a representative website for us. We didn’t need anything fancy, but we wanted to show users who we are and what we do.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WyrdIT designed and developed a website for us. We gave them general guidance regarding our vision and the type of functionality we wanted, and they built the site using WordPress. The team also integrated the website with our newsletter, so users can subscribe easily via the site. Additionally, they attached documents such as white papers and a pitch deck to the website, which users can download. The documents help users learn about our projects while helping us gather data about our site visitors.

We worked directly with a project manager.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We didn’t gather any metrics, but WyrdIT met our expectations for the website’s design and functionality.

How did WyrdIT perform from a project management standpoint?

WyrdIT managed the project effectively. We had no language barriers, and the team was responsive to our needs, despite the time difference. We met via Zoom and used Asana or Trello to manage tasks. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

WyrdIT was a very accommodating partner; they worked around the clock to ensure they met our needs, which I appreciated. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing they could improve on; we had a small project scope, and everything went as planned.
