I am a Business Development Head in GetCabIndia which is a Rajasthan based Taxi Services & Tour Planner Company. We have a fleet of more than 75 Cabs & Private Tempo travellers Operating Mainly in Rajasthan from last 8 Years.

We wanted a company that can plan the complete flow of the website and that too as per our cab service business. We also hired WsCube Tech for Content Writing Services for our Website.

For enhancements on website. Complete development of Android Application from scratch.

What were your goals for this project?

• Wanted an app that shows real-time stocks analysis.
• Idea was to provide technical analysis knowledge to the retail investor.
• Create innovative tools to identify support and resistance of liquid stocks

How did you select this vendor?

We worked with a couple of freelancers before getting in touch with WSCubetech. It was via a friend's reference. WSCubetech understood the requirements properly before developing a solution. They acted as partners rather than vendor for the app development project.

Android App development. We already had a website with good traffic and wanted an app also. Website had few enhancements and optimizations requirements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app went line in Oct 2018. The initial feedback from the end-user was very positive. We have achieved over 70k downloads in less than a year.

Web performance has also increased significantly and the traffic is growing since then. Currently we have also assigned a maintenance project to WSCubetech for continuous improvements and enhnacements on website and app on hourly contract basis.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

• First they understood the requirements and prepared BRD and designs for our approval. The BA did a great job in this phase.
• Development had few hiccups because the algorithms were very complex for an IT resource. But overall they picked up very quickly after initial feedback.
• I didn't have to convey the same thing.
• After development, I was asked to test and accept before going live.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

• No frills development approach.
• They were honest about timelines and took overall ownership of the project.
• Processes are pretty strong

Are there any areas for improvement?

• Documentation could have been more detailed.
• Project delivery was slightly delayed but that was mostly because we missed a few points during requirement gathering.
