We are an online retail company selling lighting signages. I am the head of the design team and manager of our remote team.

For what projects/services did your company hire WpWeb, and what were your goals?

WPWeb was hired to rebuild our company website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for developers online and they were among the 5 we have shortlisted. After the initial interview, we chose to work with them since they're very knowledgeable in all areas for web and they have worked with a company similar to ours.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the work requirements that we needed. WPWeb then came back with their plan for implementation and timelines. We agreed on this. Once the project commenced we had regular meetings and WPWeb kept me fully up to date with progress through a shared project management software. Regular meetings were also held via this portal.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked closely with one project manager who oversighted everything and we also get in contact with one of the admins to discuss costing and timeline. As for the rest of their team, we are not fully aware of the exact number of people who worked on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our site looked great after working with them. They were able to deliver custom functionalities that other developers had a hard time trying to execute. Everything in the backend is also very organized and clear so it's very easy for us to update any new content. This resulted in increase in sales for some of our order pages since they function a lot better now.

We mainly communicate via slack and assign tasks via trello since this is what our company uses and they easily complied with that. We have weekly call meetings with the project manager to go over any site progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work very fast and are very knowledgeable. They can easily fix any issues in a short amount of time and they can easily create any custom functionalities that we want applied on the website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Polishing and overall testing needs to be improved. There are plenty of bugs after they delivered the project and our team had to go back and forth with them to get them all fixed. Also attention to details needs to be further improved so they can immediately identify errors and polish them before sending to us for checking. We had to extend further than the deadline because there were plenty of fixing needed.

Our challenge was keeping up with social media interaction. With that being said it was a blessing to have found and worked with wpweb. As they have streamlined the process of allowing my marketing to to express and share consumer questions and concerns.

I had re-searched the market and found that WPWEB was top three and what separated them from the competition was that their customer service team was second to none. I personally worked with (Chintal) who was very understanding and allowed all the time needed to make a decision with countless calls and questions. I will continue to work with the company anytime a service is needed that they offer.

It was a auto posting solution that they provided me with a saas product they offered that had irradiated down time and sole handedly freed up more time for the marketing team to implement more go to market strategies. Separating us from the competition while giving the team room to breath!

I worked with (Chintal) all I have to say is he sole handedly guaranteed my return business as long as my company needs solutions he will be the first point of contact!

I'm 100% satisfied with everything from start to finish! More importantly as an Founder and start-up owner I lost no sleep due to no issues thanks to their support team (Chintal).

We had a daily call for catchup took about five minutes and that's all that was needed. I would say waiting at a stop light is more of an hassle then working with WPWEB (Chintal).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The biggest influence for any purchase regardless of market demographic or need of product is speedy response. That sole handedly was my deciding factor. I'm big on customer service and I found that with WpWeb!
