So far, we are happy with the services that they provide, they helped a lot in making sure our website is running smoothly without any problems. Most importantly, they helped us to settle our domain/hosting issue with previous problematic vendor.

we had started the meeting to discuss our goal and objectives. From there, the team delivered good information and advise for our site. after a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational WordPress site. They updated the content to reflect our company's services and created a landing page with a contact form .

Wei and JC were our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 full stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

After go-live our website, we feel like our website will run better then the previous website. overall, they have done a good job.

We had daily stand-ups with their persona in charge who communicated with the rest of the team. if we found any problem on the website, they will immediately to fix it.

When we first go-live, there were some minor problem on the website. we let them know and they were quickly to fix it.

We had a virtual kick-off meeting before deciding to proceed with the website. I inform them my expectation and how my website should look like. we discuss the entire end-to-end process. Wowonini explained in details and they give us training in person and virtually until the website go live

After 48 hours of website launched, we received feedback from our clients.

Project management style - I will talk to the vendor what is my expectation - they will put everything what we've discussed in website. then we will discuss again weekly / bi-weekly basis or based on my availability. communication tools mainly via whatsapp.

They will try their best to find ways how to get things done the way client wants it. The team was always on standby mode when I need help.

When we first launched - we do have very minor glitches which is fixable and the team was very helpful to help. Other areas of improvement, vendor can prepare a video tutorial in advance for the client, for example on how to add product / add categories / change layout and etc. Although they did help us - but this maybe helpful in the future.

The project management part is handle by client side. So, the person we deal with just supports on the web hosting side. The DNS setup and website up in just 30 mins.

Perhaps a FAQ will be good if any simple technical setting to troubleshoot, we have a ready solution.

I found him and tell him what i need, after that he send me the quotation and the details of the service, after we agree the pricing then he teach me step by step to buy my own domain for him to link his hosting address, it was fast and efficient, once its done, im able to login to the portal that he already created earlier and I'm able to design my website. They are very helpful when it comes to concerns involving the service.

basically i just approach him to deal with me, but as i know his team have few staffs and handle different position in company.
