In 2010, Word of Mouth started offering our managed services memberships locally as an alternative to the expensive rabbit hole of trying to pay hourly to manage technology solutions for small businesses. We upset a lot of our competitors and, for more than a decade, they've been trying to imitate us. In 2019, we went global.
