I am the main manager for IT affairs of the company. The company is based in Switzerland, more precisely in Zurich. BiTrezor is a cryptocurrency wallet whose main purpose is to safely store users' bitcoins and to enable very fast and easy sending and receiving of cryptocurrencies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wolftech Studio?

We hired Wolftech Studio to create a companion website for the BiTrezor app as well as all the necessary materials and content for the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Wolftech Studio was recommended to us by colleagues from the IT industry, who had previously had the opportunity to work with the CEO of Wolftech Studio. He helped them solve some technical problems they had with the project at the time. They only had to say praise for him and his work.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We first hired Wolftech Studio to create a companion website for the BiTrezor app as well as all the necessary materials and content for the website. We wanted the website design to be simple and modern and easy to use. The website turned out exactly as we envisioned it and we couldn't be more pleased. The copywriting was excellent as was the rest of the content, not to mention how quickly everything was completed.

Since we were very satisfied with the service and quality of work of the Wolftech Studio team, we asked them if they are interested in doing the design for our app and if they are able to complete the app, because we had a problem with the previous company that developed the app for us. Fortunately, Wolftech Studio accepted our offer and we soon reached an agreement. The Wulftech Studio team took over the development of the application as well as the design of the user interface and were soon finished. We were very pleased with how the app turned out and had no complaints. After testing the application, we soon published it.

During the entire project, we were in contact only with the CEO of Wolftech Studio, who led the entire project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are satisfied with the final result of the project. The comments from our users have only been positive so far. Everything works as it should.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There were no problems. Communication was very easy and we quickly agreed on everything. We communicated with messages mainly via Telegram, which suited us very well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by how such a small team completed the entire project so quickly and with excellent quality. Until now, we have not worked with such a fast and efficient company. The cost of the project was much lower than any of their competitors, and despite that, they managed to complete the project faster and with better quality than some of the much larger and more expensive companies we've worked with before. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wouldn't change a thing about their work, everything went perfectly.

We chose Wolftech Studio through a recommendation. Wolftech Studio was recommended to us by several of our partners who have already used their services. We've also heard all the best about them.

We got in touch with Wolftech Studio via email, after that we continued the conversation via Telegram app. We explained to them what we needed and quickly reached an agreement. We told them what our budget was and soon they gave us an offer that suited us very well (the agreed price was $6,500 plus additional costs that would not exceed $1,000). The agreement was to pay the first half of the sum immediately after the start of the works. After they registered the domain and created a logo we were happy with, we paid the first half. Together we agreed on the design and how the website should look.

After the website was finished, they helped us get the products onto the website. We are very grateful to them for their patience and for showing us how to handle our online store ourselves. After completion, we paid them the rest of the agreed sum. We agreed to provide technical support and website maintenance (for $200 per month). We are very satisfied with their support as they are available at any time and solve the problem very quickly.

We were in contact with the CEO of the company all the time. He manages his entire team and personally negotiates with us whatever was needed. So the only contact we needed was with him. All in all a great professional and a very pleasant experience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was very successful and we are very pleased with the final outcome. Thanks to the excellent website that Wolftech Studio created for us, we had a lot of organic traffic, the website was very well designed and our customers found it very easy to navigate, which is also the reason for our excellent conversions. The copywriting was also very good. Compared to our previous website, this one had 60% more traffic and conversions. We have received a lot of positive feedback from our customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was excellent and without any problems. They regularly informed us about the progress. We communicated 99% via messages via Telegram and WhatsApp so there were no problems. Everything was completed as agreed and on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed with their creativity in solving problems as well as very fast communication. They are very unique in that they look at the project passionately as if they were doing it for themselves which ultimately leads to very good results. Communication with them is very easy because you feel like you are talking to a friend you have known for a long time which gives you a good amount of trust and they also give very good advice.

Although the company is young, they give the impression and quality as if they have been in business for 20 years. I would also like to praise the CEO of the company, who at the age of 22 is more professional and pleasant than many other older and more experienced colleagues in this business with whom we had the opportunity to cooperate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have no complaints, and we are very satisfied with the work done. All recommendations.
