BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am leading a team of data professionals, integration, migration and analysts at here. We are a software consulting and solution development firm with our operations in UK, USA, and Middle East.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire WNS Services?

We were in search for an staff augmentation company to cover the need for our staff which mainly included data integration and migration engineers. We already had a team but we were aiming to augment the talent due to non-availability of resources.

SOLUTION

How did you select WNS Services  and what were the deciding factors?

We came to know this company through LinkedIn and we explored further about them, heard about their clients and the previous work they did in the same domain we seek. Their coverage of services, especially the data services were as per our requirement and we considered them to be our right solutions partner.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project initiated within a shot span of time after we discussed our requirements and team structure with WNS. The vendor then provided us with the available talent and managers. We just conducted a few rounds and after 2 weeks, we took it onboard.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

The recruitment and induction processes were completed within 2 weeks, as there were already available talent in their company. However we conducted their technical interviews, preliminary assessment by means of a task and final interview.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We observed their style of work quite impeccable, and result-oriented. The deliverables and working routines are matching to our work culture, hence we find this engagement to be very fruitful for our cause. Since the project is still going and will go longer, we expect to see the same results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since our way of communication and work processes are similar, we found it very effective and efficient for both stakeholders. We have developed a very growing and development workflow system, where we solve problems together. The communication is transparent, the knowledge of work and tasks are open and communicated on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The all-in-one data services, solutions, and availability are their most impressive attributes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We do not see any flaw in their way of working, but we would recommend them to expand their industries and niches of servicing the clients.
