WIZICO Tech is a product engineering studio headquartered in Almaty, Kazakhstan, with an engineering lab in Uzbekistan (W-Lab). We are residents of Astana Hub and IT Park Uzbekistan and serve clients in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the UAE.
Our team of 20+ engineers builds software for organizations where errors are costly: banks, payment and microfinance companies, government agencies, retail and industrial companies. Our architects and engineers have built banking, payment and high-load products.
What we build
- Custom software and SaaS: customer portals, back-office systems, ERP and CRM modules, integrations with 1C and payment providers
- Private AI: RAG assistants and AI agents that run inside the client's infrastructure, answer from internal documents with source citations and respect access rights
- Web and mobile apps for iOS and Android, native and React Native
- Engineering reliability: architecture, performance and infrastructure audits, DevOps, QA and load testing
How we work: Diagnose, Design, Build, Evolve
A 1–2 week audit or discovery maps the risks and scope. Architecture, timeline and a fixed price are agreed before development starts. You see working software every two weeks, and the same team supports the product after launch. On custom projects, source code and IP pass to the client on acceptance, with a 6-month warranty.
We also develop our own products, including Talantiq, an HR management platform.
