What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The main measurable outcome has been the successful launch of Nova Casino as a fully operational online gaming platform. WST helped us integrate multiple game and live casino providers, payment solutions, localization, bonus functionality, and the back-office tools needed to manage the operation. Since launch, we’ve also been able to add new integrations and features without rebuilding the core platform, which was one of our main goals. We keep detailed user and transaction metrics confidential, but operationally the platform has remained stable as the product has expanded.
How did WST perform from a project management standpoint?
WST manages the project in a structured and responsive way. Communication is direct, and we receive regular updates throughout the development process. Most major milestones have been delivered within the expected timeframe. Some integrations and custom features required additional iterations, but the team has been transparent about timelines and responsive when requirements changed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What impresses us most is WST’s understanding of the iGaming business itself, not just the technical development. They understand how game providers, payments, bonuses, localization, player management, and back-office operations need to work together. That industry knowledge makes communication easier and allows them to suggest practical solutions rather than simply implementing specifications literally.
Are there any areas they could improve?
One area that could be improved is the documentation around some of the more complex integrations and platform configurations. In a few cases, we’ve relied quite heavily on direct communication with the WST team instead of having everything documented in detail. That said, they’re always responsive and provide the information we need quickly.
