My dad and I have created a social media app during the COVID-19 pandemic, 4té.

We engaged WhiteVox for their marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WhiteVox helps us with social media marketing for our app. They’ve done our screenshots for the app store and also helped us with reviews. My dad and I have also hired them to manage our Instagram account. 

Our app is focused on showcasing our users’ talents. With that in mind, the WhiteVox team comes up with a month’s worth of hashtags and customized posts to help us market the product via Instagram. We pay for Instagram ads, which their resources place for us. The goal is to gain more users and followers.

We engaged WhiteVox through the company that helped us design and code the app.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay them $500 per month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve gained around 300 followers after doing paid advertisements with WhiteVox; that’s up from our 60 followers previously.

How did WhiteVox perform from a project management standpoint?

WhiteVox’s project management skills are awesome. Abhishek has been incredible; he’s friendly, and his quality of work is great. Overall, WhiteVox’s customer service is amazing. Other companies should learn from them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re truly hands-on. They make our Instagram efforts connect well with our app, so everything is cohesive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. We’re happy with them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go for it — engage WhiteVox. I haven’t had any negative experiences with them. I’ll recommend them to anyone who’s trying to market themselves or their product.
