Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CTO of a gaming company. We offer motorsports fans season-long fantasy leagues for their favorite racing series, as well as real money daily fantasy contests.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Whitespectre?

We needed help with our product's customer persona mapping, UI/UX overhaul, customer onboarding app performance. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Whitespectre's engineering team augmented our internal team to stabilize our platform during a period of high growth. They paid down our technical debt, refactored major components of our app, and improved its overall performance. Whitespectre also led the product and UI/UX design for two major redesigns to account for new game development and product maturation. The team worked on customer onboarding, app navigation, game design layouts, and settings page configurations.

How did you come to work with Whitespectre?

We found Whitespectre through a referral. We chose them over other options because of their talent quality and trustworthiness. Whitespectre was able to do product, design, and engineering work all in-house, which was better than dedicated agencies for each vertical.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2023–August 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Whitespectre's work resulted in improved app uptime and performance, as well as timely deliverables for new designs and builds. Our retention more than doubled, and our revenue increased by 100%. We also had no outages during peak load times, only planned downtime for maintenance.

How did Whitespectre perform from a project management standpoint?

Whitespectre delivered on time and was professional. They even led project management for us to keep everyone on task. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
