Develop a video job board that allows employers to post job listings in video format and job seekers to find and apply for jobs via video resumes. The platform will leverage AI for enhanced search capabilities, text-to-video conversion, and scraping LinkedIn profiles and job listings for semantic search and recommendation.

1. User Authentication and Profiles

• Employer Profiles: Company details, logo, list of posted jobs.
• Job Seeker Profiles: Personal information, resume/CV, video introduction, LinkedIn integration, applied jobs list.

2. Job Listings

• Video Job Posts: Employers can upload video job descriptions.
• Text to Video Conversion: Employers can input text descriptions which are converted into video using AI.
• Job Details: Title, description, requirements, salary, location, application deadline.

3. AI Search and Recommendations

• Search: AI-powered search to match job seekers with relevant job listings based on keywords, skills, and preferences.
• Recommendations: Personalized job suggestions for job seekers.
