I'm a Founder and CEO of inseed.marketing – the Marketing Investment firm focused on early-stage startups support from the marketing pov.

The project goal was to develop an outstanding website to highlight the value inseed.marketing brings to partners and attract new leads.

We had previous successful experience of collaboration when I used to work in another company and While Web Production was our supplier.

During the project we went through several stages:

• UX Design, where the core website structure was developed
• UI Design, where the website interface was designed according to inseed.marketing brand identity
• Technical production, which included HTML, CSS development, and website launch using WordPress CMS

We were working with several While Web Production team members, including Technical Director, UX/UI Designer, and Project Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are happy with the results of our collaboration. The website was delivered according to the planned timing. While Web team provided all support needed and introduced to the content management system. As a result, the conversion rate of inseed.marketing website reached almost 2% which is a very high index in our category.

Our project management process was organized via Asana. Also, for fast communication, we used Telegram and Gmail for key information.

While Web team was extremely involved in the project. They provided any support we needed and were ready to help any time. We are impressed by the level of their flexibility and client service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would recommend them to promote themselves more. Because they are strong professionals but also too shy when talking about their skills and experience.

All began with a deep study and immersion into the philosophy of englishmate. A design had to reflect high-quality education, innovation, and openness. The website’s color palette and visual style fully correspond to the school’s corporate style, so users can quickly identify and remember the brand in the future. Another important element of any website is the text. To make them effective and consistent with the brand, whileweb analyzed the marketing strategy and tone of voice of englishmate, and developed texts accordingly. 
Thanks to this, the englishmate website perfectly fits into the overall structure of the brand’s communication and enhances its attributes. They also integrated interactive elements that allow potential students to find information and leave requests for training quickly. The contact form on the website is integrated with the Pipedrive CRM system for automatic storage of contacts and high-quality processing of requests by the sales team. For integration, they used Zapier tools, which accelerate and facilitate the integration of different systems for business needs. 
They also integrated the Fondy payment system to enable payment acceptance through the website. This made it easier to process payments and improved the user experience of englishmate clients. There is no need to enter a large amount of data to make a payment using the school’s details. It’s enough to enter the payment amount and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, or Mastercard in one click. 
And since englishmate also works with students from the EU, payments are also accepted from abroad. One of the key tasks was to tell about the school and attract new students. Therefore, whileweb developed effective CTA (call to action) elements and worked on SEO optimization so that the website could be easily found through search engines. Thanks to the new website, englishmate has expanded its horizons and attracted more students.

Thanks to the new website and great cooperation, englishmate has expanded its horizons and attracted more students.

All items were delivered on time, meeting all deadlines and requirements. In the event of any issues, the team promptly addressed them according to our needs, making all necessary amendments and responding in a friendly and polite manner.

They met every deadline with precision and efficiency. Communication was very prompt. Only once we had a snafu where language and or distance and or communication method interfered.

Their ability to make choices for you which are in line with what you want, but didnt know.

In hindsight it would have been better to sometimes do a videocall instead of relying on electronic communication only. But this is highly personal.

I know this vendor for years. Their proposal was interesting.

Updating from all WordPress plugins and modules including WordPress and php version. Solving issue with contact forms requests deliverability. Updating contact forms request letters header, topic etc. CMS modules update, it was fixed issue with some pages crushes.
