I am the owner of Internet provider «Localka» in Ukraine, Odesa.

I was need redesign for logo and corporate identity, design and development for my site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through friends who have worked with this studio before.

Wellme Studio develops websites, advertising layouts, logos and corporate styles etc At first they interviewed me, wrote my technical assignment, and analyzed my business. At the following interview, we clarified the details and I confirmed offer. Then we approved the logo and prototype and they went on to develop. It suited me well.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I work with Alexander and Yana. Alexander deals more with graphic design and SEO. Yana is responsible for web-design and coordinates all processes. And their team has programmer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I can show the site, for example: https://localka.net And there are promotional items - I gave them to my users.

The guys are always on the line and respond to my requests on time. I interviewed them, I answered all the questions. And then they completely conducted research work independently (studied my competitors, my activities, my users). They do a lot of independent work and always hit the target. Quickly and EFFICIENCIES - 100%

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a creative approach. Responsibility, speed and quality of tasks. Always a very important approach to design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I’m totally fine with it.

I`m CEO of manufacture that produce working gloves. We located in Odessa, Ukraine and our goods are sold throughout Ukraine.

Wellme team works in publishing, media, and the digital industry. Maybe I don`t know where they work more, but for me there is no need in that.

I worked with Yana, she is like Head of Design department.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My portfolio was printed and sent to my clients. I have no any claim or something else like that.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They had an effective and timely workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Modern approach to design. The opinion of the customer is taken into account, but at the same time, the emphasis is on usability and how the end user will perceive the information.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

For me - NO!
