Webyug Infonet LLP has developed a community platform as a centralized digital platform for community members to access information, services, events, facilities, and engagement activities. The platform includes mobile number-based OTP registration and login, member and guest access, profile management, a home dashboard with banners, featured Vadi, upcoming events, announcements, donation appeals, student achievements, and community business highlights. Users can also search across Vadi, halls, businesses, events, and announcements.The platform provides comprehensive Vadi and hall management, allowing users to browse Vadi, view their location on Google Maps, contact details, facilities, pricing, rules and guidelines, and available halls. Each Vadi can have multiple halls with individual capacity, images, facilities, pricing, and availability. Users can check the availability calendar, select a Vadi and hall, choose a date, submit a booking request, track booking status, view booking history, and request cancellations. A structured approval workflow allows administrators to review, approve or reject bookings, add remarks, confirm bookings, and generate booking receipts.The platform also supports community engagement and information-sharing modules, including photo and video galleries, categorized albums, upcoming and past events, event details and registrations, community announcements, emergency notices, festival greetings, and important updates. Push notifications are available for booking updates, events, announcements, donation campaigns, and other community communications. A student achievement module showcases student profiles, exam results, awards, certificates, and achievement galleries.A business directory allows community members to promote their businesses through categorized listings containing business information, contact details, images, WhatsApp connectivity, Google Maps location, and featured business options. The platform also maintains information about trustees and committee members, along with dedicated About Samaj and Contact Us sections covering the community's history, vision, mission, trust information, office details, contact information, and location.The platform includes an online donation module supporting multiple donation categories, online payment gateway integration, donation history, and downloadable donation receipts. Users have a personal profile area where they can manage personal information, view bookings and donations, save favorite Vadi, and configure notification preferences.A comprehensive admin dashboard manages the entire platform and monitors key statistics such as bookings, donations, users, and events. Administrators can manage Vadi, halls, facilities, images, videos, pricing, availability, bookings, donations, events, galleries, announcements, business listings, student achievements, members, administrators, and committee members. Reporting functionality covers booking, donation, event, user, and business-directory data.The platform implements role-based access control (RBAC) with different levels of administrative access. A super admin has complete access to the system, including Vadi, users, reports, and settings, while a Vadi admin has access only to their assigned Vadi and can manage its halls, bookings, gallery, and availability without accessing other Vadi. This structure provides controlled and secure management of community resources.

The measurable impact is primarily in operational efficiency, with reduced dependency on manual coordination and easier tracking of bookings, donations, and community activities. The closed group has reached more than 10,000 app downloads and 50,000 website clicks every month. We’ve also seen a 70%–80% increase in online registration and booking.The platform also improves administrative efficiency by providing role-based access, centralized data management, automated notifications, booking and donation records, and reporting capabilities. Overall, the solution has helped create a more organized, transparent, and accessible digital experience for both community members and administrators.We’ve received positive feedback from community members and administrators. Community members have appreciated having Vadi and hall information, availability, events, announcements, donations, and other community services available through a single platform, making it easier to access information without relying on manual communication.
