PSInteractive is developing, maintaining, and supporting digital products for ProSieben Sat.1 since 2019. Since the beginning of 2020 my role is Operations Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire WebX Software, and what were your goals?

We needed a self-sufficient team with deep React Native knowledge to step in fast in order to support and develop further a product for millions of users in Germany.

The goals were for the team to quickly onboard into a technically complex and challenging team and provide expertise on how to continue to deliver without interruptions and maintain and further improve the quality of the product.

How did you select WebX Software and what were the deciding factors?

We already had previous experience working with e senior technical person from the team and we were very happy with his communication, proactiveness, performance, and delivery. It was an easy step for us to decide to get more people on board under his leadership.

The team is working in a multicultural environment and needs to communicate on a daily basis progress. There are a lot of stakeholders in the project, so efficient communication on time is crucial in order to deliver the requested functionalities.

Deadlines for the project are strict and connected with marketing planning, so on-time delivery of a quality product is a must. The team is working with Scrum methodology and has frequent releases on both - Apple Store and Google Store. Tech stack- React Native, React, Graphql, AWS, NodeJS

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We are currently working with 4 people - 3 Senior React Native Developers and a React Developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The product is stable and continues growing without any critical bugs.

The team is integrated with our company Scrum ceremonies and methodology, we have daily standups, and when necessary management updates. We use Slack, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are ready to go the extra mile in order to meet the requirements. All team members are proactive in order to find the correct solution in time and communicating problems in an efficient and reasonable manner with possible solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are happy with their performance and delivery and I would say they have all the qualities that we are looking for in a reliable partner.

I'm the CEO of Alex C Ltd., one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in Bulgaria, specializing in container transportation.

For what projects/services did your company hire WebX Software, and what were your goals?

With the rapid growth, we realized the need for a management system for our daily operations. WebX Software managed to consult us and develop state of the art end-to-end solution that helped us with: - Digitalisation of our business operations - Container management - Easing the communication between the office and the truck drivers - The final product automated our assignment creation.

How did you select WebX Software and what were the deciding factors?

We have done thorough research within our local area and met several companies. WebX Software is a young team full of energy and ideas. Their values are close to ours which made the communication very easy and the final product exceeded our expectations.

They designed a web portal for our administration and a tablet application for our truck drivers. With the new software in place, our drivers know exactly what to do, when to do it and how to do it, without needing any further information which saves us a lot of time and money.

They completed the project in two-week sprints, so we were able to test and give prompt feedback right away as for the web and mobile versions.

There were four people on the team, the project manager, two senior developers, QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

WebX Team created the first working version within three months, which allowed us to start using the system and make the needed adjustments for creating the product that we have envisioned. - Their team performed so well that we decided to continue working with them to maintain the solution and even extend its functionality.

Their project management was great. They were always there for us, for discussing different specifications during the development. We used - Slack, Jira, Emails, and Phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a young and energetic team, with a lot of experience in the tech industry. They are looking forward to resolving any upcoming problems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Although the communication was great, it was time-consuming to discuss even the smallest details, but it's understandable since this was their first project with us within the trucking industry. They have done great and that's why we continue working with them.

The company was founded in 1991 and is a producer of polymeric films and packaging. My position in the company is sales and marketing expert.

Our website was created a couple of years ago and has not been updated since then. During that time, the company included new products in its production base and some of the information in the website was out-of-date.

We hired WebX to complete the website and update all the information there.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to see the website fully updated and increase the traffic to the website.

We found them based on very good reviews. What made us choose them was their willingness to complete our small project.

Thanks to the professionalism of WebX, the project was completed very fast with just a couple of discussions. The only thing that was needed from our side was to prepare the texts and photographs.

Within just a couple of days all the information and photographs were updated.
