WebVives is a founder-led Shopify and WordPress development studio. We design and build fast, conversion-focused online stores and websites for founders and growing brands in the US, UK, Europe and the UAE.

Founder Razibur Rahman has built websites since 2017, first as a freelancer and then as a frontend developer at SJ Innovation on projects for Fortune 500 clients. In 2024 he started WebVives with a small senior team. Clients work directly with him from the first call to launch.

WebVives started in 2024 when founder Razibur Rahman, a developer since 2017 who built sites for Fortune 500 clients at SJ Innovation, decided small brands deserved the same quality. Our mission: fast, conversion-focused Shopify and WordPress stores that are easy to run. We stay small on purpose, so clients work directly with the founder from the first call to launch and beyond. Our values are honest advice, clear fixed quotes, clean code and long-term support.

We're taking on new Shopify store builds, theme customization, migrations to Shopify (from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace or custom platforms), headless Shopify and WordPress, WooCommerce stores, speed and conversion optimization, and monthly care plans. We also partner with agencies on white-label Shopify and WordPress work. Most projects start from $1,000.

Every project starts with a free call and a written scope with a fixed quote. We work in milestones, share progress on a staging site, and keep you updated through Slack, WhatsApp or email, with calls on Zoom or Google Meet in your time zone. You always talk directly with the founder, and you approve each milestone before we move on.

It depends on scope, and we give you a clear timeline in the written quote. As a guide, a custom Shopify store usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, a WordPress or WooCommerce site 3 to 6 weeks, and larger migrations or headless builds 6 to 10 weeks. Smaller fixes and theme changes are often done within a few days, and we reply to messages within one business day.

Every project includes 30 days of free support after launch, plus a short handover so your team can manage products, pages and content. After that, you can join a monthly care plan for updates, backups, security, speed checks and small changes. Many of our clients have stayed on care plans for years.

Yes. Almost all of our clients are in the US, UK, Europe, the UAE and Australia. We work remotely from Sylhet, Bangladesh, schedule calls in your time zone, and invoice in USD. Payments are made in milestones, so you only pay as work is delivered and approved.
