I'm a prodcut manager of an online haricare product retailer. We sell haircare products such as shampoos and condtioners.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webunity infotech, and what were your goals?

In order to launch and sell new brands in the U.S. and Australia, it was necessary to build multiple Shopify sites for each brand.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My colleague had already placed an order with this vendor for another project, so we decided to ask them to do it again.

We used slack to complete everything from project kickoff to routine communication and launch. We sent them the design image via slack, and they built it on shopify, made modifications, and worked on it until the final launch.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We communicated with one project manager. I believe ther were working as a team, but we only spoked with that manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our main product, shampoo, has sold 300K bottles since the Shopify launch.

The only communication tool is slack, but it is not a problem. We never feel the time difference because we receive answers very quickly to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Because of their knowledge of the e-commerce platform, I think they have the ability to do what we want to do.

There are no particular areas for improvement.

This vendor presented their services directly & specifically. Their response time was impeccable following initial contact.

For this project not much was required besides being skilled with html5, php & related scripts.

From our knowledge one member from the vendor's team was present. This member is very skilled.

We can't share any measurables at this time. However we imagine this new custom configuration will suit our needs especially our customers.

We utilized email. Within five minutes of contact our request was complete.

We were impressed by the efficiency and simplicity of their team.

No. They were very professional.
