Our old website is tired but visiting it will give you a wealth of information about our products and services. The 'why' of my business: Being told I needed to spend well over $2,000 for treatment was wrong. The available options were limited, and all too expensive. I wanted to know more, but was told very little. I needed help, but didn't know who to trust. I felt there must be a better way - but there wasn't.

So, in 2009, I established my company. Now we are now a leading supplier of affordable healthcare products to treat Sleep Apnea. We help thousands of people each year get a great night's sleep. Our customers wake up every morning feeling refreshed and energised, ready to take on the world.

The 'what' of my business; Based on experience, we have a proven system for product selection and customer care that makes sleep apnea healthcare much more affordable. Eventually, our new website will feature a combination of platforms such as wordpress (for us to easy edit sections) and an e-commerce cart like Magento to process online shop orders.

The brief ----------- Provide a modern, home page design that considers the following requirements:

Compared to other firms utilized in the past, most of whom were local, our experience with Webtwine has simply been easier. Even the local firms work almost entirely by email, so using a firm in another country has been identical in that respect. But where they differ is that the budget, proposal and timeline are all much more attractive.

Responses comes in a few hours instead of days or weeks and the time difference works to our advantage in that updates to our site is done during our off-hours for our review in the morning.

They always respond to any questions or quieries that arise. They also give valuable insights to any particular needs that we may have. And have been very good on delivering within helpful time frames. We didn't set time parameters as a rule and we found the solutions we needed were always ready to test in a very timely manner, hence no need to have deadlines.

Their abilty to actually grasp what our requst or needs were without have to revisit the objective of each request or modification mutiple times.

I think they executed their tasks admirably. I would probably like to communicate more over Skype or zoom but that is probably a function of time difference and how busy our own office is.
