Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the Head Coach at Brondesbury Coaching. We offer classes to all ages and abilities, as well as a large children’s holiday camp.

For what projects/services did your company hire websmyth?

We used websmyth to develop a new website that would be a comprehensive online booking site.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted all customers to be able to book online in an easy and friendly way. We were also looking for a website that would showcase everything we offer, in a way that reflects our brand.

I knew the owner and was impressed with his previous work.

We initially shared ideas for both functionality and design. websmyth then worked to mock up various options. There was a bit of back and forth, however, the designer was always very understanding and willing to both share ideas and keep trying until I was satisfied. websmyth now manages the website, and does some design work for our promotional materials.

What was the team composition?

I worked with one member of their team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All of our customers book via the website, and there have been very few problems along the way, so our admin load has shrunk. Customers are very happy with the website and use it frequently. In terms of functionality, the site meets our needs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication has been great and they’re always very responsive. They solve any problems straight away and they’re very organized, ensuring completion within our timeframe.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’re both patient and knowledgeable. They accept my ideas, and always make them fit with the end aim. They are always very responsive and helpful, which is one of their main strengths.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I’m very happy with the service.

Websmyth allows us to scale our website design business.

My only suggestion would be to consider expanding the business to take on more work.
