I'm the owner of a roofing business. We do residential and commercial roofing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Heaver Marketing, and what were your goals?

We were not happy with our existing website and needed a digital marketing firm to build a new website and do some advertising on social media for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A friend of ours referred Heaver Marketing to us. We were very impressed with how honest and knowledgeable Robin is.

When we first met, we discussed ideas for a new website, and what a social media campaign would include. After a couple of weeks, we met again and discussed the layout for the website, and recommended posts for Instagram and Facebook. We also came up with ideas for blog content.

Within 4-6 weeks our website was up and running and we were on social media.

We worked with Robin, our account manager, and a social media marketer from his team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within the first two months of our new website online, our calls increased by 20% over the previous year. We were impressed with this number as we were heading into our slow season. We have continued to have an increase in calls and business on a steady basis. Our expectations have been exceeded.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

For the first year, we met with Robin in person every two months. Since then, he emails us monthly to check-in. If we have any questions, or concerns, we email or call him directly. He is always eager to help us out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have been in business for 26 years and this is the first marketing company that has been honest about what we needed and where our dollars would be best spent. Robin did a great deal of research regarding our trade and came up with the best marketing strategy possible.

He has great foresight in the industry and has generated more business for us than any previous marketing company. Since our business is seasonal, Robin agreed to scale back on advertising during the off-season and amp it up during the busy season. This has saved us money and we really appreciate it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can not think of anything they could have done differently.

We needed a new website to address our global audience. We had been using Squarespace prior to working with Robin and we needed a more comprehensive and customized website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After discussing our needs with Robin, he identified a course of action and timeline. Our business is extremely niche-specific, and he had to do much work to understand the needs of our customers and the presence we have already created in the market.

Customer files and data had to be securely transferred to the new site. Products were updated with new branding and weekly meetings were ness for the project to come together.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new website needed advanced coding and features. Geo-specific parameters had to be addressed and developed. Our products are available in many different formats and Robin was able to understand the different aspects of each.

Robin availability and responsiveness has been excellent through the entire project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have been impressed with their personalized service and products since the very beginning.
