We needed intricate and complex customizations to our Odoo ERP.

Some have been simple report modifications, while others have been extremely complex, like creating a full warranty and service module, creating a data exchange with old servers via EDI, and making a full-fledged customer service portal. Since we don’t have developers in-house, Webrulers Infotech LLP has been responsible for everything.

Thanks to Webrulers Infotech LLP’s work, our customers can log in and view their data, create warranty registrations and claims, and see their performance and data with our company. We’ve seen a 20% reduction in phone calls and emails by allowing customers to self-help.
