Please describe your company and your position there.

I own a small educational company that helps train people to do different things online.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webramp Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?

We knew that we needed way more visibility online in Google and weren't too sure who to turn to. We were doing well on Social Media, but just couldn't seem to crack the code on ranking well in Google.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to them by someone we trusted. After speaking with them just one time, we were pretty sure they were exactly what we were looking for. They seemed to be honest and straightforward. Also, asked a lot about what we wanted to accomplish. They made it very clear that if they didn't think they could realistically help us reach our goals, they would let us know before we agreed to anything.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

We started with discovery. They were eager to learn about our ideal client, some basic financials like LTV, etc. They also asked what about our revenue goals. We really felt like they were focused on ROI since we hired them. Once we finished discovery, they got access to all of the required accounts and went to work. We started with 3 phases. First phase was website cleanup. Second phase was off-site stuff. 3rd phase was when we moved on to bigger stuff and long-term strategy.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 2 different people there. One helped us onboard and got us going. Then, another has worked with us since.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we started with Webramp, we have seen consistent gains in traffic coming from Google search. We are very happy with everything they have done so far. They are professional and very organized in their process.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They always keep us in the loop on what is going on. We get monthly reports on results. We also have a dashboard that we can see at any time to look at results. They have multiple ways for us to get in touch with them if we need anything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The main thing that has blown us away is how honest they are about expectations. There have been times where they have told us basically "We aren't gonna tell you what you WANT to hear just to sell you something. We are going to tell you what you NEED to hear so that you are well-informed and know exactly what to expect. This really set them apart from other agencies we interviewed in the past.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. We are very happy. Also, if there is ever anything we have had questions about, they are quick to respond and explain things in a way that is understandable.
