Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of Zuche Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical medical devices. We export to around 20 countries, and we have appointed distributors who distribute our products in their respective countries. We’re a limited company that’s 10 years old.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webocity Technologies?

We were looking for a good company to design our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were looking for a decent website to list all of our products and add detailed information. We wanted to have certain features on the site so that our customers can see our portfolio and then easily connect to us. We discussed the project's scope, and then Webocity Technologies provided us with what was required at that time.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a designer and the person who took care of the backend. There was also a content optimization person and project manager.

After searching online, we found out about Webocity Technologies. We chose them based on the evaluation, the competitiveness of the price, the team's skill, and feedback from other customers.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $1,500 on the website.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership with Webocity Technologies started in July 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the completion of the website, our products were displayed very well. We were able to attract customers from different parts of the world. Our customers can find the products easily, and all the information about our company is listed.

There are also some features through which our customers could connect with us, like a chat. In the last three years, I think we have expanded our business in many other countries through the site.

How did Webocity Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We talked over the phone. We also communicated through email throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There are many things I can compliment them on. Webocity Technologies is attentive to customer feedback. They’re very prompt in their responses and are committed to the timeline.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they could suggest more. As a customer, I’m not of the same background when it comes to technology, and they would know more about trends that are going on. I think they could suggest more features or more value additions that they can add to a product.
