They promised to complete the project in 4-6 weeks but did not deliver. We tried to fix the issues, and they asked for another payment under the maintenance cover, and we paid. Nothing has changed. We've lost time and money with this company.

I’m a sales and marketing proposal coordinator for Environmental Compliance Consultants, Inc., a waste management and environmental consulting company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Webnortics?

For our 25th anniversary, we had all our employees submit their design ideas for a new logo. We had an intercompany contest where everybody hand-drew their design, and we took votes to pick the top 34 images. The goal was to submit a new design to the management and owners and use the new logo across the company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webnortics converted the hand-drawn illustrations to vector and made the new logo. They sent back more revisions than they should have and worked hard to get us what we wanted on the logo. Ultimately, they designed six different logos.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Shane and Jennifer (Project Leaders).

How did you come to work with Webnortics?

We found them online. They had a special going on, which was great because we had many images to convert. Moreover, they responded immediately and got to work almost immediately.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $600.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from October 2023–January 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The design implementation was beneficial for our company’s growth. Moreover, it boosted our employee’s morale because they were part of the design.

Ultimately, Webnortics brought our employees’ designs to life. They were very patient and worked with us through all the revisions.

We mainly communicate through emails. They also followed up with texts when necessary.

Webnortics designed and developed my website. They did all the technical aspects and maintained it. I initially gave them the concept, and they put it all together exactly how I wanted it.

I first talked to the marketing person, and then the project was passed down to a website designer. He was the one who helped me from start to finish.

How did you come to work with Webnortics?

I was searching online last year, and Webnortics came up first on the search engine. I spoke to their marketing person, and he was really nice. He was patient and followed up with me. I came back three months later, and he still remembered me, which was amazing.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent over $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them from October 2023–January 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Webnortics did a great job. I’ve been showing the website to many friends and people I’m interested in working with, and the site is easy to navigate, interactive, and user-friendly.

How did Webnortics perform from a project management standpoint?

Although I kept changing things, they were very patient about it. They always made sure I was happy with the website. Overall, they got back to me and followed up in a timely manner.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

The website designer knew exactly what he was doing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Since I’m just starting, I wanted the project to be as affordable as possible. Webnortics offered good prices and lifetime website maintenance. They didn’t want me to encounter any problems.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They didn’t mention the lifetime maintenance until the last part of the project; that was their only glitch. Otherwise, they gave me all the information.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You must have everything written out. Put together as much information as possible so you don’t skip anything during the process. Also, research other websites to see exactly what you want.
