we wanted to make a website that will attract our visitors to be our client. Webkooker did that perfectly. They made our website design and development. Also they integrated Woo Commerce in the website which made our process more easier.

The project done perfectly also we are taking services from them for maintenance and by the time we are changing our website design to remain always up to date. This website made a huge growth in our business.

They managed the project in JIRA project management software. i could see the progress of the website time to time. the process was smooth and they always made transparent communication. Highly satisfied with their work.

The most impressive thing is their passion for the work and commitment to quality. They always suggested how to make the website look more attractive and more meaningful.

Till now i found them always up to date with the technology. Everyone has improvement in their respected area of work but for my website project they i found them at best.

Communication was prompt, and they were open to feedback throughout the process. While the project did take a bit longer than expected, the quality of the final product made it worth the wait.

The project delivered clear, measurable outcomes for MCA Leads Hub. Our website saw a significant improvement in user experience. The e-commerce integration streamlined our sales process. Additionally, the overall site speed and performance improved and reduced load time, which enhanced user satisfaction. 
While we noticed a few minor delays during the project, the final results showed real progress in terms of functionality and overall business impact. Webkooker's work has positively contributed to our online presence and sales efficiency.

Webkooker’s project management was reliable and well-organized. They kept us informed throughout, ensuring we knew what to expect at each stage. Although a few items took slightly longer to finalize, they communicated openly about timelines and worked to make sure everything was done right. 
There were also a couple of instances where we needed to follow up for updates, but they responded promptly and addressed our needs. Overall, their focus on quality and responsiveness helped us feel confident in the progress, and we were pleased with the end result.

We also appreciated their openness to feedback and willingness to make adjustments until we were satisfied. The personal attention and care they give to the project make them feel like more than just a service provider—they felt like a partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webkooker could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be the project timeline. While Webkooker delivered a great final product, a few parts of the project took longer than we initially expected. Clearer communication around deadlines and setting more realistic timelines upfront could have helped. 
Additionally, while they were responsive when we reached out, we sometimes had to follow up for updates. Improving proactive communication would make the process even smoother. That said, these are minor points compared to the overall quality of their work, and we were pleased with the end results.

I got my measurable outcome from the project. The design was so eye catchy and happy with the work. Everything was perfectly done as per my expectation.

They're very professional and manage their work in a different way. We made so many changes on the website. Most of the time they managed to complete on time. but once they missed the delivery time but their work was fantastic.

The most impressive thing about them is they were committed to their work. They gave their 100% to make me satisfied with the project and i was impressed with their work. Sometimes they finished their task before the delivery time.

All over they did great in my project. They managed to deliver on time but once they missed the delivery time, where they needed to be more careful.
