We started this project in June and finalized the cost for the project. An as we wanted the latest technology that are working in the market. An luckily we found them an they develop the website in minimal cast an good quality of code.

There was a manager who used to take daily call with teem of 10 people in which some of them was working for the UX an some few of them was working on UI and then there was second team which was working on backend an database.

After hosting the website we show increase in traffic an we received many feed back from our customers about the UI an easy to use feature. An site latency hai also reduce by 50%.

We use to have a daily scrum call with the manager an team meeting were we use to see the projects progress an on every weekend there was a damo call to see the function UI so that we can change thing at initial level. An they use SVN , Git hub, in between them. For sharing code.

The way they managed the project at initial level helped me a lot in our goal in launching a unique website. They also tell what we should do that our website become more attractive and interactive.
